Large Farmhouse built approx. 1800 set in 1/4 acre plot on quiet country lane approx. 1/4 mile from the village of Crozon Sur Vauvre, in the Indre area of France, approx. 150 miles south of Paris.The nearest town is Aigurande which is 4 miles away, there is a large supermarket several bars, restaurants , vets and Doctors etc. We purchased the property in 1999 it had been renovated which included a new septic tank. In 2004 we had a new slate roof and timbers replaced and had the property re rendered.
